Description from the seller
This impressive pyrite formation showcases the characteristic gold-metallic crystals in exceptional clarity and structure. The surface is marked by finely grooved, naturally grown faces that reflect light in a warm metallic shine. The cubic and partly distorted crystal bodies nestle harmoniously into one another, giving the piece a powerful, architecturally reminiscent presence.
Particularly exciting are the dark inclusions and contrasts, which are distributed like small islands across the glossy surfaces. They emphasize the raw character of the group and remind of the original rock matrix from which the crystals grew. The combination of a radiant golden tone and deep black and anthracite areas creates impressive depth and liveliness.
Pyrite often stands symbolically for clarity, structure, and self-confidence – an aspect subtly reflected in the self-assured glow of this piece.
A striking, high-quality collector’s item with natural elegance and powerful expression – perfect for mineral collectors and aesthetes.
