This exceptional Trapiche sapphire captivates with its rare and clearly discernible crystal structure, which is seen in characteristic, radially evolving patterns inside. The typical Trapiche drawing forms through natural growth processes and gives the stone a fascinating, almost geometric depth.
Particularly impressive is the intense color play: Under light, the sapphire glows in strong pink to neon magenta tones, while in less backlit areas gentle violet to lavender nuances appear. This combination creates a striking contrast between luminous transparency and compact, matte rough-crystal structure.
The outer surface presents itself in a natural state with earthy, slightly iron-containing adherences, forming a rustic frame for the color-rich interior. In cross-section, the hexagonal growth zones are clearly visible and emphasize the authenticity of this rare crystal type.
