Antique, circa 1900. Set of 2 antique stoles in purple and black. Circa 1900. Handmade, embroidered and fringed. Made by nuns in a monastery for priestly church services.
A stole is a long, narrow, strip-like liturgical garment worn by priests, bishops and deacons during church services and in the liturgy according to the Stole (liturgy).
Dimensions: approximately Length 110 cm, Width 12 cm.
In good used antique condition: Only some stains on the white part at the neck.
The condition is best viewed in the photos.
