Very attractive rubellite with a strong pink to raspberry color and the characteristic, clearly pronounced longitudinal banding of the tourmaline. The interplay of transparent to translucent areas and the natural internal growth structures, which give the crystal a lot of depth, is especially beautiful.
The partly glossy crystal facets and natural fracture structures create vivid reflections depending on the angle of light. The intense color remains over large areas of the piece, making this rubellite a particularly decorative and collectible specimen.
