AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Very rare violet amethyst druse sculpture from Uruguay. The especially sought-after amethyst from Uruguay can usually be distinguished from its Brazilian relatives by its typically paler color, and in the case of the higher-quality amethyst the color of the Uruguayan amethyst is overall darker and many times more intense.
The majority of amethysts from Uruguay are mined in open-pit mining. And thus require a multitude of steps to be freed and cleaned to absolute perfection. Which makes such a piece many times more special for your home.
