Description from the seller
2 beautiful Laguiole Bougna pocket knives, Baroque model.
The handle of one knife is ebony wood and the other knife has a handle made of root wood. The rootwood knife also has a corkscrew.
The total length is 22 cm with a 10 cm blade of AISI 420 stainless steel.
A beautiful floral motif on the back of the blade together with the famous Laguiole bee.
Also the shepherd's cross is on the handle. This was used by shepherds during their long treks across the land to pray for a meal, with the knife stuck in the bread.
At home, during a walk or elsewhere, the Laguiole Bougna pocket knife feels at home anywhere!
The stainless steel blades have a small notch making it easy to open with your fingers.
As for the wooden handle, these are protected by a double steel bolster with vegetable engravings. The baroque design undoubtedly gives it its originality. Composed of 420 steel, it is resistant and easy to clean.
When folded, this pocket knife takes up little space.
Delivered in a nice box, it is sure to please.
Laguiole
The famous knife from France is originally a beautiful functional pocket knife. Laguiole is not a brand name, but a reference to a French village. Designed with the starting point of a Spanish pocket knife called navaja and a local French dagger called capuchadou.
