Description from the seller
Vintage grille badge 'Lancia Hi.Fi.', often awarded to or worn by members of the Lancia Hi.Fi. drivers' and racing club, dated 1973, with the inscription 'L.S.'. The club was founded in the spring of 1960 by Lancia's then PR director, Dr. Alfredo Della Seta. 'Hi.Fi.' in this case simply stood for High Fidelity. It was a very exclusive association, intended solely for the most loyal customers of the Italian brand. In the early years a customer had to have purchased at least six brand-new Lancias in a row to qualify. Later this number was even raised to 10 cars. Size 100 x 57 mm and slightly domed.
