Description from the seller

Cradle for decanting / Adjustable bottle holder – Premium Italian production (very likely)
I am selling a superb tilting and telescopic wine bottle holder, ideal for serving and decanting grands crus and old vintages.
An exceptional tableware object, combining contemporary design with high oenological technicality.
Features and strengths:
Noble materials: Heavy and robust solid-brass structure, chromed (machined solid rods, very stable) offering a flawless mirror finish.
Quality base: Circular base in thick tempered glass engraved “Tempered Glass,” ensuring a perfect rest on the table.
Precision mechanical system: Full sliding rod + knurled tightening screw allowing tilt adjustment to the millimeter according to bottle size (Bordeaux, Burgundy, etc.).
Oenological usefulness: Keeps the bottle in the ideal position to trap sediments at the bottom or on the shoulder during serving, guaranteeing perfect service without disturbing the wine.
Manufacturing quality:
The weight of the piece, the quality of chrome plating, the work on the solid rods and the care given to the mechanism strongly indicate premium Italian production (1990s-2010s). Finishing level clearly superior to typical Asian productions.
Condition: Excellent overall condition. Bright chrome, no pitting. Sliding mechanism perfectly functional.
Dimensions:
Glass base diameter: about 20 cm.
Height in horizontal position: 23 cm
Height in vertical position: about 35 cm
Very heavy item (solid brass)
Ideal for: Demanding wine enthusiasts, sommeliers, festive meals, or as a designer decorative piece on a buffet or in a wine cellar.
