Unbekannt - Kitchen knife - Utility knife - Steel, Wood - Germany - 70s Teak Kitchen Knife

Vintage teak cutting board set “Big Apple Board” with knife – unused & original packaging (1970s)

For sale is a beautiful, unused vintage kitchen set from a smoke-free private home. The set consists of an apple-shaped cutting board made of high-quality teak wood ("Big Apple Board") and the accompanying, specially curved universal- and vesper-knife (for fruit, sausages, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, etc.). It has remained untouched since the 1970s and is delivered with the original packaging as well as authentic stickers.

This is a typical and charming "White Label" quality product of the 1970s, made for the German-speaking market. The iconic apple-shaped design perfectly reflects the contemporary Pop Art and Mid-Century influence of the kitchen culture of that era.

An absolute design classic of the Mid-Century Modern style and a showpiece for any retro kitchen or collector.
