Description from the seller
Vintage lever-operated manual citrus press – Chrome-plated aluminum – Modernist design – 1960s/1970s
Auction listing for an elegant vintage lever-operated manual citrus press, made in die-cast aluminum with a bright chrome finish. Characterized by a minimalist, modernist design, it is a refined example of kitchen tools produced in the 1960s and 1970s.
The rack-and-lever press system allows applying substantial force with minimal effort, making it ideal for squeezing oranges, lemons, grapefruits, and other citrus fruits.
The item is complete with all original components: base, supporting frame, lever, upper pressing head, citrus cone, and pulp-strainer collection tray.
Conditions
* Overall good preservation state.
* Stable and complete structure.
* Sliding and functioning pressing mechanism.
* Normal and light signs of aging compatible with its age.
* Chrome finish well preserved with slight signs of use.
* No visible breaks or repairs.
Its clean, timeless design makes it not only a fully usable tool but also an interesting decorative accessory for kitchens with vintage, industrial, or modernist style.
Features
* Type: manual lever citrus press
* Period: circa 1960s–1970s
* Material: chrome-plated die-cast aluminum
* Color: bright silver
* Operating system: rack-and-lever mechanism
* Complete with citrus cone, upper press, and pulp-strainer filter
Ideal item for collectors of vintage kitchen tools, enthusiasts of 20th-century industrial design, or anyone seeking a robust, well-built citrus press that offers higher quality than modern plastic products.
The item will be carefully packed and shipped with trackable shipping.
Note: no visible brand is present in the photos; for this reason it is described as a vintage European-made citrus press with no attribution to a specific manufacturer. If a hidden stamp on the base or beneath the press head is present, its manufacturing can be identified precisely.
