An attractive collection of five decorative porcelain half dolls, featuring elegant ladies in period-inspired costumes, elaborate hairstyles and beautifully detailed hand-painted features.

Believed to date from the early 20th century, approximately 1920s–1930s, these charming half dolls represent the traditional porcelain figures commonly used to decorate pin cushions, dressing tables and other sewing accessories.

The collection includes a variety of designs, with delicate pastel colours, intricate hairstyles, floral decorations and graceful poses. Several examples retain clearly visible impressed serial numbers or original “Foreign” markings.

Doll 3 – Elegant Lady with Ruffled White Collar

Condition

The five dolls are in good to excellent antique condition overall, retaining attractive original colouring and delicate decorative details. Three dolls have no chips, while two have minor chips as individually described and photographed.

Period: Believed early 20th century, circa 1920–1930s.

Material: Glazed porcelain.

Origin: Various original “Foreign” markings and impressed serial numbers. Exact manufacturers have not been established.
