I offer this precious 15 centimes Cérès III Republic, 'petits chiffres' type in bistre-yellow, Yvert No. 53. The stamp was born right after the Franco-Prussian War for the new tariff of September 1, 1871.
Effigy of Cérès, goddess of the harvests, engraved by Barre and printed by Hulot in Paris. 130 million issued reusing the plates from 1850. This is the first type, with the small numerals 15 at the base, used from 1871 to 1873.
The stamp ships with tracking number.
