Magnificent vintage enamelled cast-iron roasting or gratin dish by Cousances, rectangular in shape with its two handles. The bottom is stamped Cousances; it can go on low heat, but is mainly designed for oven cooking. Excellent craftsmanship; it will last for a long time, the capacity is about 4.5 litres.
