Spectacular Murano crystal vase, tubular type "Millefiori Murinnen"
Tubular type with a globular body at the base, long narrow neck and undulating mouth in the shape of a five-petaled flower. Full decoration of multicolored 'millefiori' murrine in tones deep red, white, yellow and blue on a cobalt blue dark background. Each murrine in the shape of a star/flower with a yellow core.
Blown glass technique with murrines. Excellent execution with a high density of murrines, mid-20th century. Vintage decorative piece that photographs very well and is highly sought after in the international market USA/Japan.
