Description from the seller
Table lamp of blown glass from the second half of the 20th century
consists of a top conical shade and a lower bulbous base, both made of acid-etched satin cobalt-blue blown glass, thick and heavy, mounted on a circular turned-wood support base.
It features a dual independent on/off system (illuminating the base and the shade separately) with the original wiring and a two-lever switch from the 70s/80s; it can illuminate the upper shade, the glass bulbous base, or both sections simultaneously.
The high-quality opal glass used as a diffuser creates a soft, glare-free atmosphere.
The glass shows no cracks, chips, or splinters. The wiring, switch, and the bidirectional European plug are original to the piece and work perfectly.
