An imperial-style five-flame candelabrum in brass with satin gold finishes and black patina accents, dating to 1850–1900 and standing on a pyramidal plinth base.
Description from the seller
Elegant and imposing five-flame candelabrum (four curved arms plus a central joint), crafted in Empire style between the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The piece stands out for its refined craftsmanship, alternately featuring elements in satin-finished bronze/brass with parts bearing a deep glossy black patina (central column and bushings), creating a striking color contrast that is characteristic of high-representation French furnishings.
The sinuous, balanced arms interlock harmoniously with the central shaft, which rests on a solid pyramidal plinth base. The sober, geometric design makes it an extremely versatile antique piece, able to enhance both classical interiors and spaces with modern and contemporary taste.
