Beautiful set of two professional copper pans from the Swiss top brand Spring Switzerland, originating from the iconic and sought-after Culinox series.
Spring introduced this series in 1963 as a pioneer in the culinary world.

Both pans bear the original factory stamp on the bottom with the jumping gems: "SPRING CULINOX MADE IN SWITZERLAND".

Revolutionary Culinox system:
These pans are made from a high-quality multi-layer construction. The exterior consists of a thick layer of red copper for unparalleled, rapid heat conduction. The interior is made of durable stainless steel (SS).
Unlike traditional French copper pans with a tin lining, this stainless steel layer is indestructible, wears never and the pans never need to be retinned.

Contents of this lot (2 pieces):
1. Copper saucepan / Sauteuse: Diameter 24 cm, Height 6 cm. Equipped with a sturdy, robust handle and copper lid.
2. Large copper pan: Diameter 28 cm. A rarer, larger model ideal for bigger dishes.
