Franciacorta DOCG Brut "Cabochon" 2011, the Cuvée Prestige of excellence from the historic Monte Rossa winery. Produced only in the best vintages from a rigorous selection of the finest cru on the estate, vinified in oak barriques and resting for a very long time on the lees.
Grape blend: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Tasting notes: An exceptionally elegant sparkling wine, rich, complex, with notes of dried fruit, pastries, candied citrus and a pronounced mineral vein.
Storage: Always kept in a suitable cellar at controlled temperature and humidity, stored horizontally.
