Replica of the DB BR 05 003 express train locomotive, 2'C2' wheel arrangement, era III. Version from 1950 onwards without streamlining.
MHI special edition
model, largely made of metal. With mfx digital decoder, controlled high-efficiency C-Sinus drive and a multifunctional sound generator. Maintenance-free motor in a compact design in the firebox. 3 driven axles. 2 traction tires. Lighting with maintenance-free LEDs. Smoke generator 7226 can be installed afterwards. Headlights and smoke generator contact operate conventionally and can be digitally switched. Steam locomotive sounds, whistle and acceleration/deceleration can be controlled with a control unit or systems. Flicker light in the firebox, sounds of the air pump and brakes, and shunting whistle can be controlled with systems; further operating sounds can be controlled with a central control unit. Metal tender. Fixed close coupling between locomotive and tender; NEM coupling sleeve with close coupling at the rear. Minimum radius for use: 360 mm. Mountable protective tubes for the piston rod.
