Art Deco vase model ‘Houblon’ by André Hunebelle in opaline glass.

Spherical vase in satin and polished white glass. The model is little-known and rare. The decoration of perfectly interlocking stylized geometric leaves that cover the entire vase recalls a hop bloom that gave this model its name. The alternation of hollow leaves with raised edges plays with the light.

Bottom signed A. HUNEBELLE.

The vase is in very good condition with only minor signs of aging.
