Lalique - René Lalique - Vase - 'Gui' - Glass

Beautiful original Lalique vase ‘Gui’, an iconic Art Deco design by René Lalique from 1920, inspired by mistletoe. The vase is made in colorless pressed glass, satin-finished and refined with a blue-gray patina, which beautifully accentuates the relief and adds depth to the decoration.

The vase is listed in the comprehensive work by Félix Marcilhac, René Lalique - Catalogue Raisonné de l'Œuvre de Verre, Les Éditions de l'Amateur, Paris, 2011, under model number 948.

The vase is signed in the mass R. Lalique.

The vase is 17 cm high (diameter 16 cm) and is in excellent used condition. No chips, no lime scale. Localized loss of the patina.
