Val Saint Lambert - Charles Graffart & René Delvenne - Vase - 'Mameluk' - Glass

Largest version of the Art Deco vase, model ‘Mameluk’, from the Luxval collection of the Belgian glass-and-crystal factory Val Saint Lambert in Belgium. Designed by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne. This piece is produced in a green color. Mass-signed VSL Belgique.

This vase is described in the Luxval catalog from 1935 (see illustration).

The vase is in excellent condition with only minor signs of aging. Small embedded glass bubbles and glass threads are normal for the production process of the time.

Height is approx. 25 cm, diameter of the vase rim approx. 15 cm.
