For sale: a rare, centuries-old and completely hand-written Islamic manuscript of the holy Qur'an (Al-Qur'an), crafted in the Ottoman Empire in the early 19th century. This is not a mass-produced item, but a unique historically hand-written manuscript that radiates history.

• Rich Gold Embossing & Illuminations: The stunning opening pages and end pages feature a masterfully hand-painted gold and multicolored awnan (frontispiece) with splendid floral motifs. A visual delight!
• Refined Calligraphy: The sacred text is written with utmost precision in an elegant Naskh script with jet-black ink. Beautiful red accents provide the recitation instructions (tajwid).
• Golden Verse Markers: Throughout the book, the verses are separated by hand-applied, shiny gold circles.

The manuscript is in a gorgeous, well-worn antique state that underscores its centuries-old character and authenticity. The richly decorated opening pages show historical restorations and signs of age (such as moisture stains and light edge wear from frequent use), which contributes to the historical charm.
