Restored Astor "Check-Mate" slot machine / jackpot
From a Belgian café in Antwerp, with a (very special) permit from 1966 on the side, a rare Astor Check-Mate gambling machine, produced by an Italian manufacturer in the 1950s/60s and used for many years in Belgium. The machine is in good condition, still works very well and pays out well. The machine operates with Belgian francs and with the roughly 50 coins of the same size included. The back is lockable with two locks, one of which still works. These machines are very rare and are almost never offered for sale.
The mechanism works and pays out as well. It is currently mounted on the upright stand.
The back can be easily opened for maintenance or for jammed coins.
