Raro Trittico Vintage Kartell 1979 (Anna Castelli Ferrieri) – Set in Melamina Optical Bianco e Nero – Condizioni ottime
Iconic complete smoking and service set, composed of 3 pieces in melamine and molded plastic, designed by the renowned designer Anna Castelli Ferrieri for Kartell in 1979.
The peculiarity of this unique and exclusive lot lies in the refined “scale” composition (matryoshka-like structure) and the strong visual impact of the Optical black-and-white style, a timeless classic of Italian Space Age modern design.
The set includes:
1. 1 Monumental White Table Ashtray (Large Model 4638 - Diameter 25 cm), composed of a lower containment basin and a removable perforated upper grille.
2. 1 Mini Black Table Ashtray (Medium Model 4637 - Diameter 18 cm), identical in design but scaled down to create a perfect balance of proportions.
3. 1 Large Coordinated Black Round Tray
This famous project by Anna Castelli Ferrieri was selected for the prestigious Compasso d’Oro award in 1979 and is today exhibited in the most important decorative arts museums around the world.
