RKW atelier Francese - Coffee service (12) - Porcelain - Cobalt gold elegance

Vintage coffee service – 6 cups with saucers – geometric design in red, white and silver

Fascinating vintage coffee service consisting of 6 cups with their 6 saucers, featuring a striking geometric decoration.

The pattern alternates bright red bands and white with elegant silver profiles, creating a refined radial effect on the saucers and a vertical composition on the cups. A decidedly graphic aesthetics, linked to the modernist, Optical and Space Age taste that characterized a significant part of European design between the 1960s and 1970s.

The contrast between the cylindrical, clean shape of the cups and the almost “starburst” pattern of the saucers is particularly successful: once laid out, the service takes on a remarkable theatrical presence. The silver details catch the light and make the whole even more elegant and decorative.

An ideal set not only to be used, but also for collectors of vintage ceramics and porcelain, enthusiasts of 20th-century design and Mid-Century, Pop and Space Age interiors. Very beautiful also displayed in a cabinet, on a bar cart or paired with other modernist elements of the era.
