The locomotive and the heavy freight cars form a perfectly matching consist from Era III.
The set consists of:
• 1x Arnold 2220 tender steam locomotive: Class 89 7566 of the DB. Very nice visual condition, delicate mechanism fully intact. Steam locomotive tested, runs very well.
• 2x Arnold 0408 heavy-duty cars: 4-axle flatcars, originally loaded with silver large pipes from the well-known brand "HOESCH-ROHR" including red end caps.
Condition & Details:
• System: DC (direct current)
• Couplings: standard Rapido couplings installed; all vehicles couple reliably.
• Appearance: Collector’s condition, clean and well cared for (see close-up photos).
• Packaging: Without original boxes. The models are individually and extremely securely packed for transport in bubble wrap.
