Rare and very beautiful hanging lamp, Harvey Guzzini chandelier model "Cubes", designed by Luigi Massoni in the very early 1960s. In perfect Space Age style.
An object highly decorative and striking, beautiful both lit and unlit. Slightly earlier than the BUD, Baobab, Alvise, Brumbury and Quadrifoglio models.
Composed of 3 pieces that fit one into the other. The two inner pieces are in glossy opal methacrylate while the outer square ring is in pink-smoked methacrylate. The rose (rosette) is also in black plastic.
Bears the original Harvey Guzzini label on the outside of the diffuser.
Esthetically preserved in very good vintage overall condition. Note that the pink piece has two cracks on two different edges, as highlighted in the photos; barely visible when assembled, they do not affect the lamp's stability in any way. As in the photos, which are an integral part of the description.
Original electrical system perfectly functional, accepts a bulb with a large E27 socket not included in the lot.
Measurements: 60 x 21 x 21 cm. Diffuser height: 24 cm.
