Splendid banded Barite with ghost crystals from Villamassargia, Sardinia, Italy, in a crystals-on-matrix form.
AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Excellent specimen of Barite in a cluster from Villamassargia, Sardinia, completely natural and of high mineralogical value. The numerous tabular crystals, olive-green/grey with golden reflexes, show evident internal zoning that creates the phantom-crystal effect, particularly impressive when observing the larger crystals in transparency. The cluster formation, with dense and compact growth of well-formed crystal individuals, adds further aesthetic and mineralogical value to the piece.
This is an ideal specimen for mineral collections, display, and for those who appreciate the natural beauty of minerals, also in the context of crystal therapy and lithotherapy, according to the properties traditionally associated with the mineral species.
All minerals are 100% natural and untreated, with rare exceptions always noted in the description. The photographs are taken with professional lighting to best highlight colors and details; however, slight variations in shade may occur depending on the device or ambient light.
Shipping is carried out via reliable express couriers selected for fast delivery (in many cases 1-2 working days within Europe), tracked and insured shipping and professional and safe packing, as confirmed by customer reviews. Deliveries can also occur the day after payment depending on the destination.
It is possible to combine multiple purchases and receive them in a single shipment, even from auctions with different end dates, simply by contacting us to arrange the consolidation. For important pieces, direct delivery by appointment to your home or to major European fairs is also available.
