Magnificent and very complete vintage snail-serving set in two-tone glazed stoneware (brown and ochre yellow), from the famous French manufacturer Émile Henry.
Iconic model of the traditional baking range "La Bourguignonne", made in France.

This exceptional set and rare in its size comprises 80 pieces, ideal for hosting 5 to 6 guests in the pure French gastronomic tradition:
• 6 large snail pans / snail dishes (12 hollows each): Made of sturdy stoneware, perfect for even oven cooking and keeping hot at table.
Equipped with two side handles.
• 72 individual reusable snail shells in stoneware: Allow you to cook and present the snails without the natural shell directly in the garlic butter.
• 1 traditional snail tongs in metal: For a technical and authentic tasting.
