Pompon spent most of his life serving other artists. He led Rodin's workshop from 1890 to 1895, before becoming an assistant to René de Saint-Marceaux until 1916. In search of his own style, he was largely influenced by the rise of japonisme and his admiration for Egyptian art.

Only at the age of 67 did he reach fame, with the exhibition of his famous White Bear.

Parastone has successfully created decorative objects for almost 50 years, some of timeless classical beauty and others more aligned with dominant trends. The collection of museum pieces presented under the name Mouseion constitutes an important part of the collection. In addition to faithful reproductions of major artworks, the Mouseion series also includes three-dimensional interpretations of paintings and drawings by many artists, from Hieronymus Bosch to Salvador Dalí.

“decorative object, luxury item, table art, collector, interior decoration, figurine, sculpture, no Orlinski”
