Label Information and Curiosities
Label Information: The front and back labels bear the winery name "Kellerei / Cantina Schreckbichl Colterenzio", the line "Prail", the grape variety and the designation "Sauvignon Südtirol Alto Adige DOC", the vintage "2024", the alcohol content of 13.5% Vol. and the 750ml format.
Curiosity: Produced from vineyards located at an altitude of 400 to 500 meters above sea level in the Cornaiano (Appiano) area, the "Prail" is one of the most representative expressions of Sauvignon from Alto Adige. Vinification involves separate maturation for about 6 months on fine lees: most of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve crunch and freshness, while a small percentage ages in large oak barrels to confer greater complexity and structure.
