Medieval Bronze Finger Ring with Rectangular Engraved Bezel – 10th to 15th Century AD

A substantial bronze finger ring with a wide hoop and a raised, rectangular bezel with rounded corners. Faint incised marks appear in two horizontal areas across the face, separated by a worn central band. Their original design cannot be identified securely because of the extensive surface wear. The shoulders retain patches of darker patination against the lighter exposed metal.
