We present an elegant Beijing Chinese rug, Aubusson style, crafted during the period 1970-1980.
It is woven in wool on a cotton base using manual tufting. In this system, the wool is manually inserted into the base and secured on the back with a special adhesive compound. Finally, a protective textile lining is added to provide stability and protect the entire underside structure.
