AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
KONICA C35 E&L, tested and working.
Hello from Japan!
We provide high-quality cameras and lenses to the world.
The Konica C35 E&L is a compact 35mm camera from Konishiroku, a simplified member of the hugely popular C35 family. It keeps the sharp four-element Hexanon 38mm f/2.8 lens and programmed automatic exposure controlled by a light meter, while focusing is by distance scale for quick, easy shooting. Small, light and simple to use, it is an ideal everyday and travel film camera.
Important — please read carefully:
The front lens element has coating deterioration. Please review the photos and consider this before bidding.
Condition: Used — Good
Pre-owned, heavy signs of use, or minor optical flaws
Serial Number
Please check the photo.
Appearance
Scuffs and scratches from normal use. Please check the photos for details.
Optical Condition
Lens: Coating deterioration (spots) on the front element
Viewfinder: Clean (cleaned inside)
Functional
The camera operates properly: shutter fires at all speeds and the light meter responds.
Light seals replaced. Back-side leatherette replaced.
Measured Performance
We check these cameras on a shutter tester rather than by ear, and we publish what we measured:
- Light meter accuracy — EV12: 0.9 UNDER / EV15: 1.5 UNDER
Negative film has enough latitude to absorb deviations of this size, but the figures are here so you can judge for yourself.
Servicing
This camera was serviced by us before listing:
- Viewfinder cleaned internally
- Lens cleaned internally
- Light seals (foam) replaced
Known Issues
1. Coating deterioration (spot-like marks) on the front lens element. Please check the close-up photo.
Bundled Items
Only what you can see in the pictures will be included in the package.
Important Notes for Used Items
As this is a used item, subtle imperfections may exist that are not individually described.
