Belgium - Military medal - 4x Belgian civil decorations

This type of decoration has been awarded since 1867 by the King to public sector personnel (such as federal, provincial and local civil servants, police, or fire brigades) as official recognition for a long, unimpeachable career. The design of the medal consists of an eight-pointed star with a central medallion in which the royal monogram (the entwined letters 'L' of King Leopold) is visible.
