2020 Domaine de la Grange des Pères - Hérault - 1 Magnum (1.5L)

It’s one of the most sought-after whites in Languedoc. It comes from Aniane, in Hérault, where Laurent Vaillé works. Because it is produced outside the appellation’s rules, it is released as IGP Pays d’Hérault, and it is bottled unfiltered, as the label states.

Production is confidential—a few thousand bottles of white a year—and the estate is often compared to the great names of the Northern Rhône and Burgundy.

Magnums are even rarer.
