Prototype: German Federal Transportation Company (DB) class 01.10 express steam locomotive with coal tender. Non-streamlined, rebuilt version with a new, high-quality boiler, white smoke deflectors, tall sand domes and silver-colored boiler bands. Number 01 1001. The locomotive looks as it did around 1954/55.

Product Description
Model: The locomotive is equipped with an mfx digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also features a regulated, high-efficiency drive in the boiler. 3 powered axles. Traction tires. The locomotive is mainly made of metal. A 7226 smoke generator can be installed in the locomotive. The dual headlights switch with the direction of travel. Both the headlights and the smoke generator, which can be installed in the locomotive, operate in conventional mode and can be digitally controlled. The underbody lighting can also be digitally controlled. The tender is equipped with a short coupling with an NEM coupling sleeve. Protective sleeves for the piston rods are included. Length over buffers: 28.1 cm / 11-1/16".
