Description from the seller

Medieval Bronze Group of Two Finger Rings with Distinctive Bezels – 10th to 15th Century AD

A group of two bronze finger rings with contrasting bezel forms and pronounced green patination. One has a relatively narrow hoop that expands towards a small, hollow setting; its original insert, if it held one, is no longer present. The other has a broad, irregularly rounded bezel with a raised central design whose details have been softened by corrosion and wear. Their surfaces display patches of turquoise-green mineralisation, darker exposed metal and small areas of pitting. The difference in scale and decoration makes the pair visually varied, although no original association between the two rings can be established.

Material: Bronze
Dimensions: Max 2.2 x 1.7 gr
Weight: 6.47 gr total.

Provenance: Adquired in Germany from an auction house in 2026.

We guarantee the authenticity of the pieces, backed by the combined experience of our experts spanning more than 40 years. A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) will be sent digitally by email.
