The piece is exceptionally beautiful in form and very detailed, handmade.
It is hand-furnished with many attractive details such as: a rider in riding clothes, a cap on the head, feet with stirrups, reins of silver wire, a small whip in the hand, etc., etc.
The miniature has been authenticated and among other things marked with Dutch silver hallmarks: The fineness mark is the little sword with 835 inside, which denotes silver content of 835/1000 (second fineness).
