Description from the seller

This lot consists of a beautiful collection of custom artisan chef’s knives, each individually crafted with its own distinctive character and premium materials. The knives combine traditional forging techniques with modern design, making them equally suitable for culinary enthusiasts, professional chefs, and collectors of handcrafted knives.

Each knife features a forged steel blade with a satin-finished primary bevel and a contrasting forged or acid-etched finish, highlighting the craftsmanship of the blades. The collection includes a variety of blade profiles inspired by Japanese and European chef’s knives, offering versatility for slicing, chopping, dicing, and precision kitchen work.

The handles are individually crafted from carefully selected premium materials, including stabilized exotic hardwoods and high-quality resin. Every handle has its own unique grain pattern, colour, and figure, ensuring that no two knives are exactly alike. Decorative spacers and full tang construction further enhance both aesthetics and durability.

Highlights

* Collection of custom handmade chef’s knives
* Forged steel blades with satin finish
* Visible forged/acid-etched blade finish
* Premium exotic wood and resin handles
* Comfortable ergonomic grips
* Full tang construction
* Each knife is unique
* Suitable for collectors, professional chefs, and serious home cooks

Condition

The knives are in very good overall condition with only light handling or storage marks where present. The blades retain their attractive finish, and the handles are clean and well-finished. Please study all photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the description and condition assessment.
Care & Maintenance:
To preserve the blade's finish and prevent oxidation, hand wash and dry immediately after use. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or moisture. A light coat of food-safe mineral oil can be applied periodically for additional protection.
Please note: As this is a handcrafted piece, minor variations in the blade finish and handle are part of its individual character.
