Splendid antique sculpture depicting a young violinist in the act of playing.
The sculpture bears the original plaque "Par Aug. Moreau" and fits perfectly within the French artistic production between the late 19th and early 20th century.
The sculpture, in patinated regul o, is mounted on a circular base in veined green marble; this Art Nouveau sculpture has a notable decorative presence and represents a fine work of art.
