The columns are topped by an ancient Corinthian capital and by a smaller, more recent, screw-on cap. 
The capitals interlock the columns in two parts.

Conditions: Signs of wear consistent with age with some areas repainted, a crack in one capital

Antiche due colonne corinzie del XIX secolo in legno intagliato e dorato. 
Le colonne sono sormontate da un capitello corinzio antico e 
da uno più piccolo, e più recente, tappo a vite. 
I capitelli si incastrano alle colonne in due parti
