Beautiful set of 8 vintage cup-and-saucers from the German quality brand Thomas Porzellan (part of the Rosenthal group).

It concerns the iconic mid-century model 'Lanzette,' designed in the 1960s by Tapio Wirkkala.

The most common version of this dinnerware is entirely white.
The offered cups are made of white porcelain with a beautiful vertical relief, decorated with a wide retro green band and a fine platinum rim. This version is rare.

Dimensions:
• Cup: approx. Ø 8.2 cm | Height: approx. 6.5 cm.
• Saucer: approx. Ø 14.4 cm.
Staat:
• 7 cup-and-saucers are in very good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. But truly minimal: no damage, scratches, or fading of the platinum rim.
• 1 saucer has a very small chip at the rim (see the close-up photo). Another saucer has a tiny mark in the green edge (see the close-up photo).
