Louis XV Reliquary - Metal - 1750-1800

Reliquary in gilded and silvered metal from the second half of the 18th century. Entirely hand-hammered, it rests on a triangular base and has a small handle on the back to present to the faithful during religious services. It still features the period square-head screws on the underside, and a circular opening to insert the relic, with the patina of time and overall measurements of 18 x 10 x 9 cm.
