Description from the seller
Discover this extraordinary fossil sculpture: a Devonian Goniatite from Morocco, artistically shaped into a striking, totem-like form. The ammonite emerges from its stone matrix with elegant natural patterns, while the solid carved base complements it as a seamless continuation of the piece.
The fossil alone measures 43 × 32 × 6 cm, while the entire sculpture reaches an impressive 49 cm in height. Its polished surface reveals hypnotic ancient spirals and mineral textures formed over hundreds of millions of years.
A remarkable collector’s piece that doesn’t just decorate a space – it brings the deep time of vanished oceans into the present.
