Germany 1948/1961
A collection of 54 letters and FDCs from the DDR and the BRD.
- The first item with stamps 'Leipziger Messe' arrived damaged in the Netherlands. On the back is a note from the official, 'damaged received from headquarters' with a signature.
- Most older envelopes were (registered) sent to the same address in Amsterdam. Two items have Aruba (Ned-Amtillen) as destination.
- Several envelopes were neatly opened at the top or bottom.
- Various censorship stamps present.

Een verzameling van 54 brieven en FDC's uit de DDR en de BRD. 
- Het eerste poststuk met zegels 'Leipzieger Messe' is beschadigd aangekomen in Nederland. Op de achterkant staat een aantekening van de ambtenaar, ' beschadigd van het hoofdkantoor ontvangen' met handtekening.
- De meeste oudere enveloppen zijn (aangetekend) gestuurd naar hetzelfde adres in Amsterdam. Twee poststukken hebben Aruba (Ned-Amtillen) als bestemming. 
- meerdere enveloppen zijn aan de boven- of onderkant netjes opengemaakt. 
- verschillende censuur stempels aanwezig.
