AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Beautiful Delft Blue perfume burner / incense burner 'In de Rokende Moor' - pristine and complete, consisting of two parts, manufactured in the 1970s at De Porceleyne Fles / Royal Delft in Delft.

The house is a miniature of a historic building from Amsterdam with the text "IN THE ROOKENDE MOOR". This was originally a tobacco shop signboard. In the 19th century, De Porceleyne Fles often made these houses as incense burners: you place a scented cone inside, and the smoke then stylishly comes out of the chimney (hence the apt name on the facade).

Both parts are in excellent condition and marked.
