The service is decorated with a thin gold rim along the edge and adorned with transfer prints depicting roses.
The set consists of:
6 flat plates 17 cm in diameter
1 round tray 24 cm in diameter
Excellent overall condition. All plates are intact in every part. Slight crazing on some of the plates.
Freda Capodimonte Manufactory, founded in the post-war period by Angelo Freda, an Abruzzese who settled in Naples. The manufactory was acquired in the 1950s by the Laveno manufactory, part of the Richard Ginori group.
