Deep ruby red with garnet hues. The nose reveals red forest fruits, followed over time by notes of chocolate, caramel, and mocha. On the palate, it is balanced and juicy, offering a full-bodied mouthfeel. It features velvety tannins and a long finish. Following careful grape selection, alcoholic fermentation takes place over approximately 15–20 days at controlled temperatures in truncated-cone steel tanks. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in both steel and wood. Maturation lasts two years in new tonneaux, large casks, and stainless steel, followed by bottle aging.
